With the most prestigious literary publications department in the world, ICM represents a wide range of writers, including the authors of best-selling fiction, self-help and non-fiction books, as well as journalists who write for prominent newspapers and magazines. In addition to handling the sale of publication rights, ICM’s literary agents in New York work closely with a team of agents in Los Angeles dedicated exclusively to seeking out opportunities for film and television adaptations. Its foreign rights department works in partnership with the Curtis Brown agency in England, which sells book and magazine projects in the UK and other English-speaking countries as well foreign language translations throughout the world.
